More then thousand years ago, there where raiders, merchants, merchanaries and many others roaming the lands. In search of wealth, land, work and so much more. In the year 793 the Viking era was launched, after a brutal attack on the monastry of Lindisfarne.

But who were these people?

We of the "Wolvenvoet" hope to bring you back to this fascinating era. To let you experience how it was in the life of a Viking. We bring you back to the Carolingian era, the glory days of the Viking. Where we shall show you how life was in the more northern regions of what now is called the Netherlands.
We shall show you this by many aspects like; daily life, crafts and the arts of war.
